We pride ourselves in aftersales help and support. If you have a problem or technical query with anything purchased from us then please get in touch and we will be more than happy to help you where possible. Chris has many years of experience with auto-electrics, electronics and engine tuning and will gladly offer advice to customers if it is required. Warranty: In the event of faulty goods all goods are covered by a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty of certain consumables such as temperature sensors, lambda sensors and wideband sensors is limited to cover against manufacture defects and as such we cannot exchange these consumables should they fail after a period of functional use. Returns must be made to us directly where the goods will be assessed with regard to the cause of the fault. If the fault is determined not to be the result of misuse then either a repair or exchange will be done as soon as possible. If the fault is the result of misuse, incorrect wiring, etc then we will do our best to repair the item for you at a minimal rate and as quickly as possible. reserves the right to request a proof of purchase in cases where it is not entirely obvious that the goods came from us initially. This will usually be in the form of an invoice or delivery note.

Damaged in transit: Parts found to be damaged in transit will be refunded or exchanged under the liability of the courier company. All parts should be inspected for damage before they are accepted from the courier. It is important that you notify the courier immediately and notify us within 48 hours of receiving any damaged parts.

Lost in transit: If a parcel appears to have been lost in transit between us dispatching it and your specified destination then it cannot be considered a lost consignment until 28 days have lapsed since the latest expected date of arrival. Before this time a consignment is to be considered as delayed. No refunds or replacements can be issued until a parcel is considered lost.

Privacy: will not disclose any information provided to us by our customers to third parties. This includes email addresses, names and postal addresses, none of which will be passed on for marketing purposes or any other purpose. will not send you any un-solicited emails or postal mail.

Liability: All goods are supplied for fitting and use at the purchasers own risk. accepts no responsibility for the use of these products regardless of how they are used or fitted.
