How to order from us
The parts supply aspect of our business is predominantly on-line, so we are grateful if you can order through our web shop, since it is the quickest and easiest way for you to place an order, and for us to process it. We can on occasion take orders over the phone, but workshop and rolling road work make answering the telephone a bit of a challenge. Please accept our apologies if this causes inconvenience. Perhaps, in the future, this can change. You can pay with PayPal or Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo amongst others.
While we use PayPal as our check-out handler you will be able to pay with Debit or Credit card if you do not have a PayPal account.
If you prefer to contact us before placing an order to verify stock or to ask a question then please feel free to get in touch. We understand that ordering parts over the web can be a little daunting – but rest assured, we’ve been here for many years, and hopefully we will be able to put your mind at rest should you get in touch.
All the products you see in our online shop are either stocked by us or supplied to order. In either case you will be notified on the product page. Stocked goods are dispatched either the same or the following working day. If an item is temporarily un-available it will say so on the product page. If an item is out of stock you can place an order and the goods will be dispatched as soon as they come back in to stock. An estimated date of arrival will be displayed on the product page.
In the unlikely event of there being a problem with your order we will contact you via Email or Telephone so please make sure that either one is made available to us when you place an order.
Please note, we supply to the UK, Europe and most of the world automatically via this website – postage for UK orders is automatically calculated based on order weight and set at £14.99 for most of Europe but can vary with destination. Please check to see if your country is listed in the destinations list during the checkout process. If you are outside of the countries listed at checkout then please get in touch and a postage cost can be arranged for you.
You will receive a confirmation email from us when you place an order – it will detail the items you have ordered. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a further email to let you know. While we do our best to make sure our online shop is up to date we must reserve the right to cancel or refund part or all of an order in cases of pricing error or stock unavailability. In the event of either we will contact you to explain and quickly resolve any problem that might have occurred.
Finally, we pride ourselves in after-sales help and support. If you have a problem or technical query with anything purchased from us then please get in touch and we will be more than happy to help you where possible. We have many years of experience with auto-electrics, electronics and engine tuning and will gladly offer advice to customers if it is required.
