Emerald Serial comms programming lead

Description

This is a 9 pin male to 9 pin female serial programming lead for use with Emerald’s K3 and K6 engine management systems.

The lead is 2.2m long and uses fully screened cable to allow it to work reliably near or around a running engine.

You will need a “D9” serial (also known as COM) port on your PC or laptop. If you do not have a serial port then you will need a USB to serial adaptor like the one shown below. Note that not all USB to serial adaptors work well! The Sewell brand we stock is proven to work well with most systems we’ve tested it with and is more reliable than most of the cheap adapters.
